"This is the first time I have to replace both tires of my motorcycle I bought the at cycle gear and have them mounted on the wheels, when I pick up the the tires I didn’t checked it cause I trust them just like replacing the tire on my cars, but when got and start installing it on my bike that’s when I noticed that they scratched almost the entire lip of the wheel not just 1 but the 2 wheels fromt and rear, now I am now looking for a shop that will fix this

Greg the manager at cycle gear reach out to me and called me and ask how to make it right, it just happen that I just pick up the tires at hub cap annie which they did a good job, Cycle gear reimburse me plus they give a gift card, I think only few company here in America that has a very good customer service and cycle gear is one of them."
